Over 35 years of building experience in all phases of construction, Jim Sartori started working for his father's construction company when he was in middle school. Later on he took over the family business and became a General Contractor in MA. He moved to Florida and became a Licensed Pest/Wood destroying inspector with Massey Services, for 3 years. He is an ICC certified Structural Building Inspector and has worked for several Municipalities along the West Coast of Florida as a Structural Building Inspector. He has recently moved to East Tennessee with his expertise and knowledge to ensure a top quality inspection service. Jim follows the National Standards in all disciplines as well as Tennessee Standards of practice. American Pride Home Inspections is fully insured and licensed in Tennessee.

Home Inspection

Before you Buy.

A Home Inspection is critical when buying a new home, a thorough inspection should contain a detailed description of the property being inspected. All deficiencies documented and recorded in an easy to read report, with photos to support said deficiencies.  

New Construction

As your new home is built.

This service is recommended to ensure proper building techniques are being performed. Certain areas of Tennessee do not require Building Inspections as it is constructed. The service we provide is a basic inspection to provide the customer peace of mind during the construction process. American Pride Home Inspections follow the most current building practices. We work with the client and builder to ensure those are followed. We only make recommendations on any deficiencies found to our clients (Builders only if the client requires us). This service is based on how many times the client wants American Pride Home Inspections to inspect their project and type of inspection.
